Thai chef joins Amari Dhaka

For those of you with a craving for authentic Thai food, Chef Nuttaput Phiwluang, an experienced Thai culinary pundit has joined Amari Dhaka to enhance the already expansive Thai section. He will be adding a variety of curries as well as traditional Thai items to the menu.

Chef Nuttaput is an expert at presenting authentic Thai cuisine in a contemporary style. He was previously stationed at a prestigious Thai restaurant at Seattle in the U.S. He puts his own unique spin to dishes such as coconut, green, red, yellow, and masam curries to make them more exciting. He is most famous for three of his celebrated dishes- tiger prawn with tamarind sauce, sea crab with lamb, and lamb with lemon garlic sauce.

Specializing in various cuisines and with 15 years of experience, Chef Nuttaput will be crafting a culinary experience at Amaya Food Gallery, showcasing the region's bold flavours and simple preparations.
